Phonecards Folder is a project of creating an online meeting place and contacts service for
phonecards collectors. The website also presents information and online resources related to
phonecards collecting such as complete phonecard catalogs, extensive links directory of
phonecard-related websites, collecting tips & tricks, message board and more.
By using or accessing the website any way (such as visitor, member, content provider, etc.)
you must read and agree with all terms stated in this document. If you do not agree
completely with or you do not understand completely any of the statements in this document
you should not use Phonecard Folder (website or services) in any way.

information about phonecards collecting (at sign up for members), message board messages,

- review all information posted in the public area of the website (message board,
information pages, catalogs)
- do not publish any information or contents considered as inappropriate
- ask publishers to edit their contents if considered as necessary
STATEMENT: PHONECARD FOLDER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENTS POSTED BY ANY OF ITS MEMBERS OR
USERS (INCLUDING BAD LIST ENTRIES AND RATINGS) AS WELL AS FOR ANY HARMFUL RESULTS OF
PUBLISHING OF THOSE CONTENTS.
If any part of the website contents is proven to be damaging, offensive, illegal or any
other way harmful to any person or group of people - it will be immediately removed from the
website as long as the website owners are informed in advance and their permission is granted.
The contents published on the website are to be considered as property of Phonecard Folder
unless otherwise explicitly specified by the publisher.
5. Information not allowed publishing on the website
Any message postings, notes, Internet links, photographs, pictures, symbols and any other
information and/or data IS NOT and WILL NOT be allowed to Phonecard Folder, if it represents

- disclosing restricted secret information such as passwords, personal or professional secret
information and data
Any attempt encountered to publish such information/contents on the website will result in
explicit warning to the posting/publishing person and the information/contents withdrawn;
if necessary the appropriate institutions will be notified, which may result in severe civil
and criminal penalties.
6. Non-disclosing personal information
Members are not allowed to publish their e-mail address and website URL.
If we determine that a member violates this, we have the full right to cease the membership
of that member immediately and without any warning.
If a member notices such violations, he/she must report to us immediately. A member being
aware of such violations without informing us, can be removed from Phonecard Folder and his/her
membership ceased without any warning.
7. Linking and advertising on the website
Any linking, advertising, reference and/or any other information containing or referring
Phonecard Folder or part of it must be coordinated with Phonecard Folder and the explicit
agreement and permission of Phonecard Folder has to be obtained. If any information is
published as described above without Phonecard Folder permission should be considered as
illegal and violative. If such unauthorized information is proven to be offensive or harmful
any way it will be prosecuted to the maximum extend possible under the law.

EACH WEBSITE USER TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS/HER ACTIVITIES.

Phonecard Folder is not responsible for any contents published on the website by its members
and if such publications are proven to be offensive, illegal or any other way harmful this
must be assumed as fault of its publishing person.
Phonecard Folder is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information posted on
the website. If such information is detected and proven to be so the website owners has to
be alarmed. If considered as appropriate this will lead to applying the necessary corrections
